One of cool members Phoenix has made a BSITW userbar. Check it out:

From Wikipedia
Userbars are small rectangular images with a 3D appearance that are designed to be put in an internet forum signature. They are often used to show the user’s interest, hobby or graphical skills. Their standards are strictly enforced and defined by communities to ensure that they all have a neat appearance when animated or when stacked vertically. However, some have deviated from the exact standard as they use different fonts or alignment. Regardless of variation, most are not wider than 350 pixels, so they can horizontally fit in with other userbars.

Whoops! It looks like TBSITW is getting a tad popular. So much so that our webhost thought we where getting a DOS attack and suspended our lil’ site. We might run into another bump or two over the next few days, so you’ve been warned!
But never fear, we’re currently looking into getting bigger, faster and shinier servers so that our members won’t ever suffer withdrawal symptons again.

Update: Some people have mentioned potential static electricity problems, so use this advice at your own risk. Personally I have not had any problems. I’ve also been using this: SMCFanControl, also found here
I know this sounds a bit strange, but it is quite simple and seems to be quite effective. Grab your Macbook (or any hot laptop for that matter). Go to your bedroom to a nicely made bed. Now iron the sheets of the bed with the bottom of the laptop. If you cover the whole bed, your macbook afterwards should be quite cool to touch underneath.
It seems to cool a laptop down quickly, and I find after a few seconds my fan will stop.

Well my partner, the love of my life, has nearly fully ripened.
We have a short list of baby names, and I’ve put them up on TBSITW as the best name for a baby. Any votes may sway what we decide to call our little guy. Maybe not, but it’s fun anyway.

Welcome to our spanking new blog for The Best Stuff in the World and our rather obligatory first post outlining what’s to come.
We’ll be using this space to bring you news and updates about TBSITW, plus we’ll also be featuring spotlights on stuff, member interviews and any other garbage that the TBSITW team can think off.
So we hope you enjoy reading our lil’ blog and of course we’d love to hear from you if you have any suggestions, feedback or general hollas!
Cheers,
Adrian & Luke
